There are a variety of ways that you can participate in this fun event:

Take part

​

There is an entry fee of €20 or £15.  And remember, unlike the UK, our event is open to men and boys.

The easiest way to register is click here to download the registration form, complete it and send with a Euro or £ cheque made payable to 'Cancer Research UK' to Sarah at Villa 12, 892 Route de Nice, 06560, Valbonne. You can also pay on the day, but signing up beforehand will reduce the administration involved on the day and make the morning run much more smoothly.

Ask friends and family to sponsor you

You can also create a JustGiving page on www.justgiving.com for online donations.  Donations can be made to

your JustGiving page from both UK and non-UK credit cards, in pounds and euros making it easy for your friends and family in the UK and across the world to support you.  Through this service donors who are UK tax payers can qualify for gift aid, which increases their donation by 25%.  Please contact us here if you need help to create a page.  All donations via your just Giving page will automatically go to Cancer Research UK so you don’t have to do anything, except say thank you!!

A note on collecting your sponsorship.  This can sometimes be more difficult than the event itself.  So try to get your donation before the event or as soon as possible after it.  Your medal will be proof that you have participated!!   Ask for cheques to be made payable to Cancer Research UK.

You can give your donations (no cash please) to any of us along with your sponsorship form and we will bank it all for you.  Or you can count it all up all your cash donations and send a cheque (euro or pound) made payable to Cancer Research UK to Sarah at Villa 12, 892 Route de Nice, 06560, Valbonne (please include your sponsorship form so we can link the cheque to you).

Sponsor someone who is taking part

If you cannot take part – for example because you are not here on the day -  sponsor someone you know who is taking part.

Donate a prize/Sponsor the event

If you don’t know anyone participating, but would still like to support the event please send a cheque, made payable to Cancer Research UK, to Sarah at Villa 12, 892 Route de Nice, 06560, Valbonne.

Help on the day

​

Do you have a couple of hours free on the day?  Men, women, boys and girls can all help.

​

We will need help from people on the day from 7.00am, setting up tables, handing out tee-shirts and numbers, collecting last minute registration fees, helping with the raffle, handing out water, etc.

​
